review 1: I bought this book thinking it would have the story of the characters survival in the Boxing Day Tsunami but sadly there were only a few brief references to it. It was more about the everyday life of the characters several years on. Dan deserved much better than the appalling selfish creature Sally that he was married to who cared only about her career and herself. Her continual bitchiness to her husband and young son made me so mad and she got worse as the book went on, turning into a real monster then blaming everyone else for her life going downhill. She just needed a damn good slap. A decent read but not one I'd read again.
review 2: As far as Erica James' books go, so far for me this has been the one that has been the most extreme rollarcoaster ride. So mu
... morech so I simply couldn't put it down and ended up reading it at such a fast pace that I am re-reading it again. She kept me on edge to the point that I knew I couldn't get on with my Dissertation reading until I knew what happened, and I most certainly did not want to take a sneak peek at the end. Read it and I challenge you to close it after the first few chapters! less

I really enjoyed this book. It's so true, the rings that happened could happen to anyone.

a good read, not as predictable as others by Erica James - a surprisingly good ending
