review 1: So I think I'm a sucker for super nerdy smart females who get the hot guy. Imogen has to know "why" about everything and pretty much takes everything literally. I love her quirkiness it makes me laugh. Ty is a super hot stock car racer who is dyslexic but no one knows. Trying to function and date the nerdy girl who loves to read and Shakespeare make things tricky as he tries to not let her know and have intelligent conversations about books and plays she loves. Although I didn't love this one add much as the first one I still enjoyed this book.
review 2: I really liked it. It was the Opposites Attract love story between Imogen Wilson and Ty McCordle. Imogen is a teaching assistant with a Master' Degree is Sociology. She is analytical, curious, observant, int... moreelligent, yet naive. Honestly, her intelligence and curiosity were out of place. In the sex scenes, Ty basically had to shut her up;whereas, Ty is a stock car race driver, who loves to go camping, fishing, and have fun. He is hot, sexy, masculine, handsome, sensual and uber-male alpha. He likes to be in control, which was a-ok with Imogen. Also, he has dyslexia. He adapted and assimilated well, which is commendable and innovative. He told Imogen. Of course, Imogen's analytical nature took over. When he told her, she came to the conclusion that they did not know each other well and he should take classes to get his GED. Heated words were exchanged; then, they broke up. Thanks to Ryder and Suzanne, they reconciled. I love Ryder and Suzanne. Suzanne is so raunchy, no holds barred kind of woman. She does not realize the influence she has on Hunter, Tamara's daughter;while, Ryder does as Suzanne asks and/or orders. It seems he does not want to talk with her; yet, he answers the phone, regrets it because of his feelings for Suzanne. It is so obvious that they are still in love with each other. I'm glad that they will be getting their own story in this series.All in all, I really liked it. less
