review 1: Mason was the routine, Ash was the memories.Mason was whiplash, Ash was patience.Mason was her physical dependence, Ash was her spiritual connection.Mason was the tightrope, Ash was the net.How are you supposed to choose between the risk you finally took and the salvation you know is there?This sequel did not - and I mean DID NOT - give me enough time or reason to choose one over the other. I sound pathetic trying to convince myself that I need to choose between Mase and Ash but I JUST CAN'T. Right now I can't because I see them both equally loveable and infuriating. Ambrosia made me realize that as much as it is inviting to have the thought of a bad-boy pinning after you , or how wonderful it is to fall back on a good-boy who is patient, selfless and understanding, we can... more't really choose who we give free reign to our heart. Going back and forth between the two, no matter how distasteful that may sound, will never give you the answers on a silver platter. Risk with your heart open and always remember that at the end of each day, you're the only hero you need to look up to.
review 2: ohmygod this book is crazyy. I'm so Team Mase and this soul mate Ash thing is freaking me out. Love Mason!! :') Ash confuses me because he comes across as sexy and jerkish to this deep person and it doesn't add up to me sometimes. Anyway I really thought the whole chapter playlist idea was so fab and even the books mentioned are ones I hope to try really soon! This series is becoming a big hit in my books. less
