review 1: Buku terakhir yang dibaca pada tahun 2014. Aku tergerak nak beli dan baca buku The Wedding Breaker bila drama Ariana Rose ulang tayang dekat TV3 petang Ahad. Waktu tuh aku dekat kampung. Waktu drama Ariana Rose ditayangkan slot Akasia pukul 7 mlm, memang aku tak tengok dan tak tau langsung pasal apa cerita Ariana Rose nih. Memang tak ambil kisah langsung bila darama Ariana Rose tengah meletup dekat TV3. haha! Sambung, bila aku tgk dekat drama dia, aku tgk waktu babak Ariana Rose kena rogol dengan Tengku Adam Kamil, aku tengok sampai situ sahaja ceritanya. Aku tak puas hati sebab nak tahu juga apa jadi dengan Ariana Rose, jadi, aku beli lah novel The Wedding Breaker. Secara amnya, novel ini memang fairy tale macam yang Evely Rose bagi tahu dalam blog dia etc. Tengku Adam Ka... moremil, the sweetest talker ever! Ariana Rose, Prettiest girl ever! Semuanya manis-manis belaka la dalam novel nih. Bagi aku, baca novel nih macam baca Judith McNaught and Johanna Lindsey(romance sangat!). All those happy endings. hihi. Selain itu, tengah-tengah baca, author ada mention Estonia, terus siap wikitravel Estonia(travel wishlist!). Kalau aku tak baca spoiler dekat Goodreads and Instagram, mungkin aku boleh bagi 4 bintang. Hehe. So, 3 bintang untuk The Wedding Breaker.
review 2: i think it's one of my favourite Malay novel to date. kepada typical kaki-Novel, maybe konsep terbuka Novel ni doesn't sit well with them..i'm more receptive with these kind of writing and I LOVE IT....it's a breath of fresh air for Malay Novel...and unlike full blown rape in Kasih Yang Suci, the rape scene in this novel more like malu tapi mahu....(thanks to the Hero's expertise)...but I think readers have to be open minded in reading this novel. less
