review 1: It's better than 2 but only just a three because like so much of these books, hers in particular, they are predictable and the plots are not always believable - I guess that what makes them romance fiction! I'm starting to liken books in this genre as Mills & Boons for lesbians but the writing is more solid that that but less solid than a more literary offering. Again a straight women converted - she's pretty likable actually. The gay woman is a bit screwed up and at times unlikeable. But overall you can't wrong if you want a light escapist read - particularly if it's snowing which it never does where I come from!
review 2: Like most of the romance novels by Gerri Hill that I've read, Snow Falls kept my attention and made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. And that... more's exactly why I continue to pick them up. They're perfect for a lazy day on the couch when you want to experience a sweet and happy ending. 6/10/14 - I reread No Strings yesterday and decided to reread Snow Falls now. Not much better than Gerri Hill romance novels to give you a little warm fuzzy. And somedays, that's just what you need. A literary hug, of sorts. less
