review 1: I've just finished reading the English translation of this book - The List of my Desires.All I can say at the moment is WOW. It took me two days to finish and already I want to turn back to page one..... I'm not ready to let this book go. Initially I was drawn to the beautiful English version of the cover, it's as cute as a button (I couldn't resist the pun!!) and then the blurb on the back sounded interesting. However nothing prepared me for the words written inside. The story is so grounded it feels almost real. Thank you Gregoire for this wonderful novel.
review 2: Много ми хареса тази история, макар и в началото да обещаваше повече. Жалко, че краят малко се изгуби и истор... moreията избледня. Но й простих заради магазинчето с копчетата, списъците с желанията, филмите на дъщерята и най-вече шестте минути, в които можеше да споделя все отново и отново с баща си. Вече чета следващата книга от същия автор (L`ecrivain de la famille} и сякаш ми харесва още повече. Благодарности за Гери и Дороти, че ми го откриха - ето, затова обичам да използвам Goodreads :) less
