review 1: Es el primer libro que leo de este autor y lo leí de un tirón. Lo primero que destaco son los títulos y las citas antes de cada capítulo, te instan a buscar a esos otros autores. Una historia no sólo de amor sino descubrimientos. Con una trama de suspenso interesante. A mi alma romántica le hubiera encantado saber más de las vidas del después de Maddie y John y algunos cabos sueltos. Voy a buscar las obras del autor. "Los mejores años de una vida son los que todavía no se han vivido". Me hace ilusión esa frase.
review 2: The first book of Guillaume Musso I ever read, was "Het grote gemis" (original French title: Seras-tu là?). After reading that book I wanted to read more of this writer, so when I heard of his new book last summer, I immediately bo... moreught it. The book reads like a train and Musso clearly retained his unmatched writing-style. The book is exciting, with some predictable parts and some unpredictable parts. The biggest disadvantage of this book to me, is the end. For me, the ending left too much open. All this time you're reading a story to know how it ends, but in my opinion, the denouement was not sufficient. Therefore a 4-star rating. - Het eerste boek van Guillaume Musso dat ik las, was "Het grote gemis". Na dit boek was ik gelijk verkocht. Toen ik hoorde van zijn nieuwe boek, heb ik het gelijk gekocht. Het boek leest weg als een trein en Musso heeft duidelijk zijn ongeëvenaarde schrijfstijl behouden. Het boek is spannend, enkele voorspelbare elementen maar ook onvoorspelbare gebeurtenissen. Wat voor mij toch wel een minpunt was van dit boek, is het einde. Het einde was, vond ik, te open. Je leest al die tijd een verhaal wat naar een ontknoping toe werkt, en de ontknoping was voor mij niet helemaal toereikend. Vandaar 4 sterren. less
