review 1: Such an unexpectedly good read! Lovely tale about two british gents, a policeman and a psychic, drawn together over the kidnapping of a child in a small village with a haunted past. Their romance is beautiful but just as gorgeous are Harper Fox's amazing descriptions, I just love her style! The slightly supernatural element lends a fun twist to this romance, but the stars are definitely the closeted cop and the sexy psychic who pulls him out of it. Well worth a read!
review 2: Fantastic setting for this Halloween story, and the two characters were interesting. I loved Lee and would really like to see Ms Fox do more with him in the future - which is maybe hinted at the end, though I do love the joke about how the future stories need to be set elsewhere so it
... more doesn't look like another Midsommer Murders. It was nice to see Gid's character development even in a short piece. less
