review 1: In my high school days it was the best books for learning Physics. Oh, what fun we had together. Right from theory to the numerical assignments, the book makes you think! The assignments are designed in such a way that each one of them tests how well you have understood the subject matter. Once you have gone through the chapters and solved all the questions at the end of each chapter you would have the concepts flowing in your veins. I wish I could find similar books for Mathematics and Chemistry also.Alas!I am still amazed an Indian Professor could write such a book. Hats off!

... moreour curiosity to the level when you would want to solve stuff by yourself to know the answer. I love the "Questions for short answer" part of this textbook btw... If someone loves physics, he would inevitably love this section. less
