review 1: I kind of got lost and roamed away from this series, but I don't blame the manga. I go through stages of reading, either novels or manga, and when I started this my mind was more in the mood for novels. lol.Anyway, am so glad I have picked this manga up again. Although I have seen some of this in the anime I still am enjoying reading it, and you get so much more back story than what is in the anime. Love Natsu, Lucy and the gang. Flying through these chapters fast now. XD
review 2: The third volume was much more to my liking than the first two. It was more action packed and I could see things were going to get a lot more serious. I absolutely loved the team of Erza, Gray and Natsu. I think they're all very interesting characters and I quite like them, even thou... moregh Natsu is a bit of a cliche-ish character. I still like him a lot. There is one thing that really bothers me though - Lucy. She is a terrible character and she annoys me very much. It's super obvious she was created purely for fan service and that's bothersome. I don't like the way she's drawn and I don't like the idea of her character. At all. I hated the filler end chapter on the beach. It was absolutely ridiculous.I'm not sure I will continue with this manga, supposedly there is even more fanservicing further on ... less
