review 1: Series rating: 4.0 stars! It was a really fun read! I did this especially when it came to the end. I was annoyed in the first parts because the Ren-kun already had a girlfriend but yeah, can't argue if that's the plot. In the first parts, I also did think that Daiki will become one of the hurdles of Ren and Ninako's blooming romance (eheh.) but uh, he ended up with Sayuri (I must say, he moved on pretty fast huh.) Though, I did like it how persevering Andou-kun was in trying to win Ninako's affections! I wanted to read more about them being cutesy and all. (at some part I wanted them to be in a relationship! Haha. Imagine!) Though I'm a pro Ren-Ninako shipper! Towards the end, about Manabu's story, I wanted to read about it. It was cute!!I hear that a live action will be ma... morede of this? Eeh, can't wait to watch! This review is all over the place. -____- Oh well.
review 2: It's a new school year and all our main players, except Daiki, are in the same classroom this time around. The big event in this volume is a sightseeing field trip where the students break up into groups of four or five. One of the things Sakisaka gets so right is how huge things can seem in the moment - such as wearing the sweatshirt of the boy you like for the first time. She also nails how misunderstandings can happen and get blown completely out of proportion. The bonus story this time is about how Sayuri and Yu met and started dating in middle school. less

Nice installment, but I wish things would move a little faster. The bonus story was especially good.
