review 1: A short story can be a little more challenging to pull off as a success because of the limited space in which to get the reader really engaged. This story fell into that challenging space and, unfortunately, I was never really able to bond with the main characters to care what happened. I liked the premise of the story and appreciate the author’s contribution as a freebie – it just fell into that okay category for me.
review 2: This story was confusing. It sounded like Dillon was the homophobic gymnast in the closet. We're given the impression that Max another gymnast is straight and had a girlfriend, and that he isn't gay. Max knows Dillon is in the closet, but we never get the indication that Max is gay. At the end we find out that Max is gay and was al
... moreso in the closet. But I get the feeling he feels superior to Dillon because he never acted like a homophobe. So this story was more than a bit confusing for me. The locker room sex was hot :) less

Really confusing, tbh. And it felt as thought it stopped in the middle of a scene.
