review 1: Quick. Informative. Convicting. Encouraging. Very helpful book on flipping the paradigm of evangelism from an institutional responsibility, carried out through programs, to the church's responsibility, each member of the institution being faithful to carry out the great commission in their personal sphere of influence. When Christians see evangelism as a discipline, the byproduct is a culture of evangelism that resonates amongst all of God's people, working together to see those not yet worshiping come to a saving knowledge of Christ.
review 2: A great, concise read on how to be Biblical in our evangelism. It encouraged me to continue to be intentional in my relationships. I really enjoyed the focus on opening God's word with unbelievers (another great book on ... morethis topic is "Reading the Bible One-To-One"). I especially appreciated the reminder that even long-lasting relationships that seemingly are going nowhere can bear fruit over time in God's timing. This call for perseverance and trusting God was extremely encouraging to me. less
