review 1: After her parents died while she was she young Lynn was brought up by her grandparents who had very old fashioned values a result of which means she's twenty two and never been kissed also due to the fact that she never worked while at college she has no work experience and is struggling to find a job. In desperation she takes the job of live in cook for author Jake Cochran who also happens to be way younger than she expected and way, way hotter, the rest, as you can imagine writes itself.This was a quick read, the characters are good and although the story is predictable its still a good read it's also hot and free.
review 2: I'm an Amazon Kindle Freebie Whore, and proud of it, because you find hidden little gems like this book. I now have a new author to add ... moreto my list, and I look forward to actually paying good money for future works from this author.I'll be honest, it's a basic storyline that we've seen before, girl gets job working for an alpha male, falls for him, blah blah blah. However, the author does an excellent job of keeping you interested in the story, and I liked the inclusion of a couple of the erotic works that the lead was reading secretly on her laptop, along with the descriptions of the meals (I've been hankering after some french toast ever since).This book is a saucy little number that would make excellent holiday reading or for when you just want something not too taxing to read. However, on that last point I do think there is plenty of scope for the book to be expanded upon, as there were bits that were skimmed over and I would of liked to have seen a bit more 'depth' at those points. I'm not complaining about that, because I did love the book how it was, and can see why it was how it was. less
