review 1: An enjoyable read, about a recovering addict and his cat Bob, as they deal with life, and about how life changes for them after the first book, A Street Cat Named Bob, is published. I had worked out that it was ghost written before the book told me, but knowing how ghost written books happen was interesting. Bob sounds like a very original cat - my much loved Slinky isn't so keen to be around people, he likes to slink around in the background.
review 2: Given To Me For An Honest ReviewJames Bowen has done a fabulous job with his book about his adventures with Bob. The story is true. It is all about James & his cat Bob. It is funny, touching and just a really great read. Once I began reading it I could not put it down. I had to keep finding out what next was... more going to happen to them. You will love to find out about James and Bob. This is the sequel to A Street Cat Named Bob. I do hope James that there will be the third. There is also a children's book out. I gave this book 5 stars, but it really deserves more that 10. I highly, highly recommend it to all. less
