review 1: #Booktubeathon, book to movie adaptation half done :)"A vida, a seu lado, tem ar de se tocar à guitarra" Começou por ser um livro super divertido. A minha ideia até era intercalar esta leitura com o "Eu sou a lenda" para desanuviar um pouco, mas não consegui pousá-lo, não deu mesmo. A boa disposição do pequeno Alan contagiou-me. Por isso mesmo não pude deixar de ficar contrariada com o final...opá. Só não dou 5 estrelas por causa disso. Mas mesmo assim, Super divertido! É o livro que mais me fez rir até agora.
review 2: This was such a lovely black humor story. The family definitely resembles the Addams family at first glance. Selling people different ways to end their lives, running the family business when a child, for some reason not depressed ... moreat all appears and turns their life around. The book can be triggering at times because of how lightly some deaths are described, but as a whole it was quite funny and it actually sends out a really good message. It's a short read, but it's worth it. less
