Secrets of My Hollywood Life
review 1: This story was great! It was a light, quick, easy read, that is easy to read, but makes you think hard about what you're reading. Hollywood life may seem glamorous, but this book shows you the other side of the perfect life. This book does a marvelous job of connecting you to the main character. Reading the book, I felt like I was going through everything the main character was going through. When the main character felt depressed, I also felt depressed. It was like the book took you into another world, and you let you have experiences, you will probably never have in real life. It was an easy read, but it made me look at Hollywood and celebrities in a whole new style. I would recommend the series.
review 2: This book is my least favorite of the series only
... more because it seems so generic for burke to go through a LAVA phase. (want to know what LAVA is? read the book and find out!) I think that Jen could have made Burke's rebellion phase a little more original or at the very least a little more... rebellious. Come on, one night out super late, buying a purse with her OWN money without asking her mom first, and going out with two new besties and blowing off some steam? Not really that big of a deal. Although i do love sky and how she really came to burke's rescue in this one. If only they didn't waste the first two books fighting with each other, skye is so much fun to have around. less
