review 1: This is a beautifully written and photographed cook book. I like the detail that goes into the recipes and techniques which include weight based measurement and a comprehensive source list. I have already made two recipes. The baked rhubarb frozen yogurt was so-so but the goat cheese is phenomenal. Looking forward to more. Originally checked this out from the library but will likely add to our permanent collection.
