review 1: Loved it, but I agree the ending is a bit of a blindside for an unsuspecting child reader. It felt like an end was untied with Slow Poke, as well. ... morer Aunts house in Key West Florida. The kids there are poor, but quick as a whip. The dialogue was hilarious for me as an adult. It was really fun to read, and felt like the experience and descriptions were an accurate depiction of how life could have been. It was based on the authors great grandmother. less
