Chess Team Novellas
review 1: This was actually a three book download for the Kindle. Action/thriller with a covert black ops operator up against an evil man/computer with plots to get free energy from space that awakens bigfootish creatures living deep underground and surfacing to attack everything in sight. Then there was the computer hacker hired by the same man/computer to sabotage the electricity grids but who has his own agenda to awaken a mini black hole to destroy the planet... Anyway you get the idea, writing is somewhat pulp fictiony in style but readable for a break from meatier fare.
review 2: As you are reading it you can definitely tell it was not written entirely by Jeremy Robinson. In fact, my guess is that all the novellas are primarily written by the co-author and Jeremy
... more does some tweaking and editing to keep things consistent with the Chess Team universe. That being said, it was still a very well written and interesting story. Longer than I expected and quite a few twists and turns for a novella. If you are a fan of the Chess Team it is definitely worth your time. less

Good short story. Goes along with the other Chess Team books, but can be enjoyed on it's own.

Good story line although too short. Anxious to see what continues.

a very quick read. Though it does add more to the other novels.
