review 1: Interesting premise for a YA novel. The first few chapters moved slowly, but I found myself continuing to read anyway. Somewhere along the way, the characters grabbed me and dragged me along. I do question the rather steamy sex scenes placed in a YA novel. The story about an Elf princess was definitely YA; the sex scenes weren't. The author should decide who her audience is, and then write appropriately.
review 2: This book just blew my mind... I love it hands down. bought the next book directly after and will start reading ot tomorrow!!! Tab's world completely turns upside down and is buried, nothing is the same anymore. She loses two cousins and a sister within three months, and shes witnessed them all through visions that just showed up out of no where. How
... morecould her life get amy worse? Not only does she makes out quite intensely with a stranger at her sisters funeral (it just happens, she sees him and then shes just there in his arms), but her Finance stands by and watches. Why does all of this sound so weird and bizzare? Because Tab is the Queen of Light Elves, and magic is involved in everything that happens to her now. less
