review 1: I think that the reason that I fell so madly in love with this book is that, it's a fresh take on a very popular topic in science fiction... the end of the world. I think this book was really exciting and not did it only pump me full of adrenalin it made me think. How would handle my problems if I was in there situation. Because the way that this book is composed this version of the future isn't the most far fetched. I believe that this is one of the most fascinating and realist science fiction books that I have read too date. Hmmmmm maybe that's why I liked it so much.
review 2: Fast paced. Lots of adventure. Nobody & nowhere was safe. Lots of shock n awe. With that said, I thought the reactions of some of the characters were not realistic, abrupt, and/or... more drab. The "Nothing"'s views were not only interesting but also confusing. Some parts could have been more in depth. And thought too many characters to follow made it hard to remember who was who. However, I do have Rage Within lined up next and can't wait to see if Clem finds Heath. less
