review 1: This is an interesting short story but it was a little too short. I found myself wondering what was going on, unfortunate not enough to get me to read the rest of the series. I can't put my finger on it but something was missing for me. Although I'm sure if it was a little longer, I would have developed some feeling towards the characters then would have wanted to read what really happens to them!
review 2: I haven’t read yet the Succubus Diaries series by Jill Myles, but after this novella?? I will definitely read the whole series!!! Jackie has the worst day in her life when she get passed over for a job promotion for the job of her dreams. Then she decides to get drunk but that’s a huge mistake!After a lot of drinks, a strange man appears in front of h... moreer, bites her neck and tells her to go and have sex with a total stranger! It’s not enough for you to read? Then, you should know that this stranger dumps her body in a dumpster at the end of the story! Now, I’m really intrigued and soon I will read this series! I know it’s kind of early to say, but I love Jackie! “Foreplay” is just a novella but it was easy to see that Jackie is insecure but she is smart and funny! I can’t wait to read her adventures! less
