review 1: Such a divisive comic! Originally a hold over from the 90s glut of comic book excess with Mike Turner style boobs and poses and ridiculous premises, Glory ended up being reshaped into a crazy little series of a Hulk-esque style character with a sci-fi bent. It's just as ridiculous as its original run, but in a much more harmonized way without any of the eye roll worthy tits and ass and nothing but. I like it a lot, it was silly, violent and fun without just reducing itself to a sex tableau.
review 2: An interesting story with a cool concept. Glory is almost like a really brutal and alien Wonder Woman and she lays down some hurt in this volume. Tons of action and very cool art and gorgeous colors. My main problems with the book is that I don't care about the Nar
... morerator Riley, she is a weak and uninteresting character, which the book never explains why she is so important but they hint at it the entire time. She is also supposed to be older, but she looks maybe 11 years old. It is a weird story too, so if you are not a fantasy/sci fi type of person, this book might be off putting. yet if you are into strange worlds, even stranger creatures and all out war, this is a book for you. less

Good but it could use more plot and less blood.
