review 1: Holy shit, that was one of the freakiest things I've ever read. I can't even wrap my head around what just happened.Here's something you should know about me: I'm deathly afraid of space. I know that's not uncommon, of course, but I'm also really fascinated with space. I want to know what's out there. And I want to know what it feels like to actually be out there. But at the same time, I'm terrified of it all. One time, my sister showed me a picture of what Saturn would look like if it were as close as the moon to the Earth (If you're not afraid to, search it up on Google). It freaked the HELL out of me. I wasn't able to look at the sky properly after that. I still can't, sometimes.But when I heard about this book, a lot of people were saying that it was one of the scaries... moret books they've ever read. That, plus the fact that it involved space should have been enough of a warning that I will definitely be freaked out by this book. However, my curious side took over and demanded that I read this book. So the fact that I won't stop looking over my shoulders in fear from now on is mostly my own fault.I know that this book is fiction...but still.I will never look at the moon the same way again.
review 2: NASA har drabbats av dålig publicitet och rymdprogrammet är inte långt ifrån att läggas ner. Men som en sista åtgärd försöker man locka pengar till den senaste expeditionen genom att utlysa en tävling, tre ungdomar kommer få följa med på den resa till månen som planeras. Det finns dock en anledning till att man inte har varit på månen på 40 år.Shit så bra, jag fastnade från första sidan och kunde knappt lägga ner boken. Mot slutet hade jag nästan hjärtklappning allt eftersom saker avslöjades och händelserna på månen utspelades. less
