review 1: Like Bangkok Haunts, this one disappointed. Bangkok 8 and Tattoo were fantastic, original stories. Sonchai was an interesting detective and those two stories moved along with creative developments and tidy endings. Haunts was difficult with too much mumbo jumbo thrown into the story and The Godfather was at times boring. This story focused too much on the Buddhism and skyward gazing and not enough on developing the mystery and crime.
