review 1: 4.25* I loved, loved, loved Charlie and Bobby, loved how the world was in shambles yet they still accessorised and rode pink and blue scooters , spent their days killing zombies to survive but were still horny as hell, adored the zombie poodle Mimi, laughed at the snarky humour which always floats my boat, had a few Aww and eeeeew moments, thought the idea was really original and then.... THE ENDING!! All the way through it was definitely heading for a 5 star rating until .. THE ENDING!!! arrived and I admit I had a little pout. But after having my little pouty moment I decided it still has to be 4 star plus because the rest of it was sooo good and its made me hungry now to read more of John Inmans books. I likes what Ive read so far. I mean, I don't really do zombies but... more a zombie poodle! That has to be one of the best hooks ever. LOL.
review 2: I have read a lot of reviews for this book, and I want to add mine;)First, this book is soooo funny! ;)Charlie and Bobby are the sole survivors of a Zombie attack on the world.After two months they have adapted to the life stile, riding pink mopeds and killing zombies with hammers.One day a zombie poodle named Mimi crosses their path, and instead of killing her they keep her as a zombie pet/baby..A lot of funny things happens in the 87 pages of this book, and I laughed out loud more than once, during my bed reading last night.I´ve seen a lot of reviews beeing dissapointed or angry with the ending...not me, it suits the story well, I think.Read it, it is a fun bedtime story;)♥ less
