(back cover)Usually when I quote from someone else's review or synopsis, it means it is so long since I read the book that I can't quite remember it well enough to write my own words - but this one had me hooked with the last sentence in the first paragraph and I really didn't think I could do any better.I really enjoyed the book, and now wish I hadn't waited so long to read it - only five years have passed since I first saw it and put it on the library shelves. I hope I don't wait so long to read the next one by this author.
review 2: I actually really enjoyed this book, i feel that it's been a long time since i read a book similar to this. Magic is fab. Kinda crazy about all the people who tried to kill Conor but srsly why kill Fergal *le cries*. Cialte is such an idiot lol i can't even pronounce his name so schucks. Essa changes her mind too much for me and if i was Conor i wouldn't have forgiven her yet, she deserves to suffer for being so horrible lmao. Nieve isn't exactly nice either i mean girl u his aunt. So yah it's quite likely i'll go buy the next one. less
