review 1: So I really was enjoying this story. The first like 40% was smiling and cheering and laughing out loud and saying to myself how much I thought I was going to love this book. Plus, I'm a sucker for a HEA. I mean I will purposefully seek out spoilers to make sure certain stories will have a HEA. However, I really felt like Luc and Robbie were better off as friends. No matter what the circumstances, no matter what drugs he was slipped he still whipped it out and was unfaithful. God that made me so upset. He was a jackass for cheating and did not deserve to be forgiven as a boyfriend. Robbie should have found someone else who would have never hurt her and I personally would have enjoyed watching Luc suffer from jealously and guilt. I still recommend this cause I think ex's w... moreho are crazy make for a great read. However, it's the cheating that gets me. Funny how I can excuse almost anything in my fiction, but I still draw the line at the cheater, male or female. There just isn't any redemption or anything remotely romantic about it.
review 2: I can't believe this book got a 3.74 rating. It's well written and captivating beyond the word! Robbie is one of my favorite heroines because she actually is a strong young woman, but the jury is still out on whether i like Luc. I give this book a full 5 outta 5 and recommend this book to anyone that wants to go on a emotional roller coaster of sadness to humor to happiness, hurt, anger then back to happiness again. less
