review 1: Some good general information for anyone looking for a little more information on clean eating and some quick and simple ideas to get started in the kitchen. Not very many photos included (though I thought the ones that were included were nice), and I didn't realize until I was most of the way through that this was a vegetarian recipe book - I think that should be noted somewhere on the cover. Pretty simplistic overall, but some good guidelines and suggestions to try out in your kitchen, good base recipes to tweak to your personal tastes and preferences.
