review 1: Cholesterol is needed by every cell in the body! 25% of the cholesterol that the body makes is used by the brain! Who knew?! This is an important substance for our health and only a very minor player in heart disease and not a good indicator of heart disease. If I had any fear about the high fat, moderate protein, low (no) carbs diet that I'm doing, I definitely don't now. I found this book to be well written, very informative and entertaining as well. I highly recommend it.
