review 1: It was okay I guess. It wasn't really that unexpected in some parts since it's kind of like any other romance story. The guy stays or the girl believes he is going to leave etc. The only difference is that it's a guy that used to have thoughts of suicide instead of the usual which is a girl. Chase is much like a friend I have, used to have depression and everything, almost tried to kill himself so that was one of the reason I liked his character so much since it's almost like my friend, the childish personality, everything. That was perhaps a reason why I didn't stop reading it.It wasn't that good to deserve a four but it isn't that good to deserve a three either so it's a 3.5-3.75 again. Eh, I'll just out a four.
review 2: THIS BOOK MADE ME CRY SO MUCH.I suppo... morese it was partially my fault for starting this at 12 am. I'm always much more likely to cry at night.I think Jordan wrote this story beautifully, and didn't glaze over the fact that Rose was actually going to lose her vision. It made me so sad to think about how I would feel if I were in her position.This was an emotional yet fun novel which I'd recommend to anyone! less
