review 1: i f'n hate mob books. i dont know what it is i dont know why. i just hate them. i always stay away from them even if i know it's a really good story. I found myself liking this one a lot which is shocking. i wouldnt say i turn into a mob girl but i kinda really like the mouth. i read the series until it's current end and i found myself trying to piece her life together and feeling for her. i even liked the dude.
review 2: Shit this was funny as hell! I loved it from the beginning to end. It was one of those books that you have to just go back and reread that last line because it was just that freaking hilarious. Shane is the head of his (its not quite a mob, but imma call it that) mob. He is not someone you ever fuck with because he is down right brutal, but wh... moreat happens when he finally meets his match? That's exactly what Ari is to him.Ari is a take no prisoners kind of girl when it comes to what she has to say. She doesn't apologize and she doesn't need anyone's pity. She finds herself in quite the bind when her landlord dies and Shane takes over his pub. And, that's how this little love/hate affair begins.This is a quick read, but this is also a series so I would say it's so very worth it. Secrets are revealed in the second installment of this book titled La Principessa which is out now as well. This is a most definitely 5 stars cause you have to be crazy not to enjoy this! less
