review 2: Dana is a bit of a bully, and since it's her birthday she feels that she has free rein to do whatever she likes, including pinching her classmate Anthony, calling him names, and snatching his dessert. At the end of the day, though, Andrew surprisingly brings her a present. The enormous white elephan... moret proves more than she can handle. The message in this humorous book is spot-on, and the watercolor, pen and ink, and colored pencil illustrations show an increasingly harried Dana as her life is given over to the care of her new pet. less
