review 1: Conversational Intelligence is a life changer. I highly recommend the book for all leaders no matter where you are in your organization. The book can help leaders become better leaders by learning more about communication and bringing people with you to create a better a circle of trust through meaningful relationships. The book should be part of every company's culture to help leaders elevate their conversations with the people they lead. The book has great ideas that can help people move from I-Centric culture to WE-Centric culture. Judith Glaser has dedicated her life to writing this book. She writes it from her heart and life changing experiences of coaching corporate executives. The book has shaped and opened a new journey with my leadership path to create a mastermin... mored group- focusing on building better relationships at work and at home. If you like to transform and leave a positive legacy on your relationships, this is the book for you. Lots of A-HA moments!
review 2: In compliance with FTC guidelines, I received this book for free through Goodreads First Reads. I find anything involving neuroscience fascinating and this book was no exception. Many of the conversational triggers that Ms. Glaser refers to throughout the book are things that people with highly developed social skills do instinctively to build trust. I was familiar with some of them, but the book helped to deepen my understanding by breaking down the underlying science at play behind them. An interesting read, but I do feel the material was stretched out a bit. Book could have been shorter without having to drop anything essential. less

This book is full of good information. But it doesn't tell a story. What a missed opportunity...
