review 1: I'm not thrilled by the artwork in this cute Christmas book, but the story is nice. A very helpful fox realizes that the family of rabbits has moved since last Christmas, and that Santa might not have received a change of address. So, he creates a series of arrow pointers to lead Santa to their new burrow. Of course, things can and do go mildly wrong, but it's a Christmas story, so everything comes out right in the end.A precocious child might ask why the fox isn't eating the rest of the characters, since he's the only predator in the bunch. A wise parent will answer that he has become a vegetarian for the holidays, so that he can enjoy cookies and fruitcake. Then, said wise parent will quickly change the subject...
review 2: 4.5 STARSSo sweet and cozy! Full o
... moref warmth and friendship. Love the illustrations, they are just magical and perfect for wintertime. And the little critters are darling! The story has been done before (the whole "will Santa be able to find us in our new house?" worry) but it's sweet and a bit more fresh here because Fletcher is the one doing the worrying about his friends, the rabbit family, who have recently moved, and he goes about trying to set things up so Santa can find them. Awww! ;-) less

This book was cute, but the animals walking on 2 legs but not wearing clothes kind of creeped me out

How will Santa know where the Rabbit family lives now that they've moved?
