review 1: These books are all light quick reads, never going to deep or developing the story too much, but enjoyable all the same. I have one real issue though. If I wanted to be a writer and wanted my books to be taken seriously (and surely that is the point of publishing a novel), I would either learn how to use a comma and an apostrophe correctly, or I would pay for a decent editor or proofreader to do it for me. I am not sure if it is a lack of respect for your readers or for your product but if this is going to be your career please have some pride in what you produce.
review 2: *4+ Stars*My favorite of all the sisters' stories and I didn't even like Betty Jo in the earlier books! I should have expected some kind of story was behind her outrageous and self destr... moreuctive behavior, but I didn't. So yeah, this one worked for me! I liked Beau and Betty together and I liked how their relationship developed. And I loved how he gave to her instead of taking! I am definitely interested in learning more about Beau's brothers now! less
