review 1: I was pleasantly surprised with this book, it was way better than I would have thought. And that cover is just as I imaged the characters.Karen is a 17 year old girl who has just lost her parents in a car accident. Because of this she's now living at her coach's house. She trains with the best and is an elite gymnastic. Her coach Bentley has a son Jordan and as time progresses Jordan becomes a true friend. He understands Karen better than anyone else, because of his own loss and family tragedy. Karen is so confused she doesn't now how to deal with her pain. Where are her parents, what really happened? Jordan is her rock he is a genuine nice guy and with time they fall for each other. I'm not so great with writing reviews in English but this book made me cry and felt real. I ... morecould see these characters coming to live in my "head movie". The love is built, no instant love, no horrible love triangle. Just a great coming off age book with friendship and love.
review 2: This starts out with a young gymnast, Karen Campbell, who has just lost both her parents in a car accident. Her coach decides to have her live with him and his teenage son while she finishes up her training and decides what she wants to do in the future. Of course, there is a relationship that starts up with the teenage son, Jordan. They are both young adults that have had grief in their lives. They are healing each other as time goes on. They have to be secret but we all know how that usually ends up. It isn’t just a love story though. You see Karen dealing with her grief and confusion about what happened with her parents. She has to decide her future in gymnastics as well. Take the safe choice of a full ride to UCLA like her parents wanted her to or go for what she wanted it the future, the nationals and a career. This was a well written book and no, it didn’t really end with a huge cliff hanger but you do know that the story will continue. I received a copy of the book for free for an honest review. less

Very absorbing read with a nicely developed unforced romance. Well worth the .99 I paid.
