review 1: Chloe is sent to Paris by her boss who is too sick to travel. She is taken in by a con man who steals her clothes, ATM card, money and passport. The police are after her to explain her part in the scam and she is rescued by another Frenchman who is not what he appears to be. I liked Chloe. She is so American that she cannot enjoy her adventure until she finds that it is the best thing in her life. As she learns more about Julien and as he pushes her to explore her engagement, she has much to reflect upon and many ideas she needs to lose. I want to go to Paris and meet a Frenchman like Julien. This is a romantic read. I loved it and had a hard time putting it down.
review 2: Wish Fulfillment Fantasy times a million. I would have done a few things differe
... morently to reduce the "Am I reading this? Yes, I'm really reading this. Ah, yes, of course they're going to do that; a story in France wouldn't be complete without that, or that, or that..." moments. But the author does a good job of hanging a lantern on the cliches and everything is still highly entertaining. It's really a fun read. Just roll with it. less

True to Juliette Sabonet's style but this one had a little mysticism in it! tissues needed!
