review 1: Ahhhhh I love this series!Though Four Seconds to Lose was good.I thought it was lacking something that the first two books had.Though story line was the only thing that kept me reading I found myself getting kind of wary of the book and kept putting it down.But I must say i really like Cain's character, you can see that he genuinely feels bad about his past and want to help the girls working at Penny's.I honestly don't know what to say about Charlie though :/.I was elated that there was a scene with Livie,trent,and Kacey.They had me cracking up.
review 2: So, while I did enjoy this book...it's definitely not One Tiny Lie. I think it's going to take something special for book 4 to beat it out of my favorite of the series. I really did like hearing all about Cain... more & why he is the way he is & why he does the things he does. I felt very sorry for Charlie. Poor, poor girl. But IMO, they're no Ash & Irish. I'm looking forward to book 4, but am more reserved after book 3. less
