review 1: I pulled this book up on my computer at about 9:30 p.m. so I could read it when I finished working in the morning. I told myself I'd just read a chapter but instead I was up until after 3 a.m. I freaking loved it!!!! Amazing stories. I didn't think I could possibly like it as much as Ten Tiny Breaths, but I did. Livie found herself and we got to meet Ashton-SWOON! You can tell from the start that he feels differently about her. So yes, she led Connor on…but it's never easy to end it with someone who is nice and on paper is perfect for you. A little predictable with getting caught, but it didn't make me love it any less. I love these characters, and it's even better when the new characters that are introduced make you love them too. GREAT ... moreread!
review 2: Of all the books in K.A. Tucker's Ten Tiny Breaths Series, this is my favorite. The first novel, Ten Tiny Breaths, set nearly impossible expectations and I worried that One Tiny Lie would fall short of living up to its predecessor's hype.Calling One Tiny Lie epic doesn't fully capture how phenomenal this novel truly is. Of all the leading ladies in this series, the uber perfectionist Olivia is my favorite. However, no one truly achieves perfection and it was only a matter of time before Livie discovered this. Embarking on college at Princeton, Livie's world is turned upside down and her freshman year is far from the picturesque life she always imagined it would be. Her story is one of beauty and self-discovery as she is forced outside of her comfort zone. She must reexamine the meticulous blueprint of goals and life milestones she laid out long ago. Watching Livie ease out of the rigid persona she's so familiar with and into a character who embraces a more flexible mindset was nothing short of stunning. K.A. Tucker has proven once again that writing is her niche with her latest masterpiece, One Tiny Lie. less
