review 1: I'm only taking a quick break to rate this before I get on to the 2nd book of this series. Yep, it was that good. You wondered how long it could last with Never & her bandmates when it came to the hormones. She had the right idea at first with never dating anyone in her band. Boy, did that go by the wayside when Danny came along. I have to say that I do feel bad for Luc but especially Kyle trying to deal with Neve not only having a boyfriend but that it is someone actually from the band. I think both he and Luc could live with the idea of Neve turning them down because of her "rule" but then to find our that she not only was dating a guy, she was sleeping with someone in the band. The childhood thing they had going on was really refreshing to se at first. Friends Forever...... morethat is until you start growing up. Again, Kyle is so hurt by this I cannot wait to see what happens and if he will come back to the band just as they have gotten signed for a record deal. It would be crazy to throw that all away because of this. Then of course you have Danny who at the end of this book is willing to walk away so that the original band members can make their dream come true of recording, touring and finally making it in the big times. I can't wait to see what is coming next.On a side note, I absolutely love her dad and the understanding her mom has is also a really bright spot in this book as well.
review 2: The biggest problem I had with Never Say Never was how terribly slow it began. Things got a bit interesting once I was about 25% in, but I still wasn't jumping up and down about the storyline. I actually started to wish the book was about Never trying to decide between Kyle and Luc. But then Kyle started acting waaaay too clingy, so that ruined it. I also didn't care for how the book ended. What a disappointment. less

Every cliché you could imagine is in this book. So shallow so predictable.
