review 1: Publicist Aubrey Cooper works for the San Jose Hawks football team. She is wildly attracted to Flynn Foley, the second string quarterback. He's focused on football and has no time for distractions. Can she seduce the virgin? I loved this different spin on romance and seduction. Aubrey is a strong, independent woman who knows what she wants and is willing to break the rules to get it. Flynn is strong, powerful and focused. He wants to succeed in the game he loves. When the media finds out about their tryst, they fake a committed romance. I loved the characters. Aubrey and Flynn are very passionate together. Their love is very sensual. but it's also filled with caring and tenderness. I enjoyed seeing familiar characters from the previous books in the Game for It series. It w... moreas fun seeing how their love had grown. Football made for an exciting backdrop and combined with the snappy dialogue this was a fast paced story that I couldn't put down. Karen Erickson does her usual excellent job. Aubrey and Flynn are easy to care about.
review 2: This was a quick easy read but I had a difficult time not skimming part of this book. It felt like I had read this story from her before. It was too similar to Game for Marriage for me. Yes the circumstances and story different but it felt to similar to me. With that said, both Aubrey and Flynn were very likable characters and I wanted to see them get their HEA. I however have had my fill of Harvey. less
