review 1: Loved It.LOL funny...Unique ("'U ni K' don't clean toilets")LOL. She was funny."Nah ha, Unique mumbled, no way you're finishing without me Pillsbury." LOLMartin...he was funny "...she was working on pork in a meat grinder when he started to see stars and not the good kind..." LOL. He was also so very sad and extraordinarily pathetic.I thoroughly enjoyed the audio rendition of "Martin Misunderstood" as read by Wayne Knight who embodied the different characters bringing them to life in a LOL funny way with all their human foibles.
review 2: A complete loser has his life turned upside down when a colleague is brutally murdered.This short story is a little gem – being laugh out loud funny in places. The tale is inventive and very well written. The characters all ... morejump from the page – they are as complex as people in real life.If you are middle-aged and coming to realise that life isn’t all that you hoped for you’ll probably like this book.I’ll be looking out for more books by the same author. less
