Weber and the other essayists do an excellent job of bringing the reader into the realities of the food industry. This would have been a five star book for me, but in some places it got a little dry and too scientific for me. Overall the writing is very good, and I appreciated the straight forward writing style throughout the book.It was also nice to see essays by the same people or organizations a few times throughout the book.
