review 1: This is the first bit I haven't preread in scanlation. Let me say first of all that I approve of Ayane/Kento much more than when I worried she might be paired with Pin. He just doesn't work as anything but comic relief or wise councilor.I can also totally understand why she can't a) take Kento and his fan girls quite seriously and b) be sure of her own emotions with regard to him - when she compares herself to Sawako and Chizuru.I LOVE the fact that this volume makes it clear that the distance that has developed between Sawako and Shouta is because of Shouta's hesitation and insecurity this time and NOT Sawako's lack of prior experience with people. Way to go, Shiina-sensei!Kento keeps meddling with Kazehaya. I can't say that Shouta's habit of wanting to deal with it all b... morey himself is working at this point. He's starting to hurt Sawako, the big lug.I like that Kento is emotionally maturing and ready to dedicate himself to Ayane BECAUSE of his total misadventure with making Sawako take him seriously as a contender for her love.We get about 20 pages of congratulatory short manga from various mangaka at the end of this volume, on the occasion of the KnT anime ^^. I love the interpretation by various friends and well-known shoujo mangaka ...
review 2: The setting and climate in this volume reminded me alot of when I spent Christmastime 2011 in Spokane with my honey. Christmas and the snow. That said, I enjoyed this one.---------- It's gift-buying season, and everyone is wondering what to buy for thier significant others. Everything should be going fine, but it feel as though there's distance between Sawako and Kazehaya. Meanwhile, will Ayane and Kento end up together, or will she keep refusing his advances forever? I love how Chizu and Ayane keep confiding in Sawako in this volume and the next, and she just pretty much listens. These 3 are such wonderful friends.
