Making an effort to de-stress by doing something I love each day

Life can be stressful at times. When I’m stressed, I have found it helpful to remind myself that life should be filled with doing things that make you happy.

While it’s extremely important to work hard, I’ve realized that taking a break to do something you love is equally as important.

For that reason, I’m going to make sure I find time to do something I love each and every day.

Here’s a list I put together of things I love doing:

  • Playing a sport with friends
  • Playing a board game with friends
  • Hanging out with my girlfriend
  • Watching comedy
  • Watch the Maple Leafs play

Tonight I had an awesome time visiting a comedy club and playing Catan with friends, so I have to say life is pretty good.
