I think I read this at the wrong time. I was coming off the low of two other books with similar issues--the big C--and was hoping for a lovey dovey sort of thing. I was so wrong (no, I did not read the back; I did not read a summary; I listened to a recommendation). The love was this super sappy sweet teenage love and the sort of super sappy sweet teenage love that I would have wanted to read as a teenage, but not today. It didn't work for me today. It's a really easy book, easy enough that I could really quickly skim the pages and still fully understand what was going on.It's fine; it's cute. It's not you; it's me.
I "fancy" the story. A lot of lessons in love most especially the way how Livia jots down the things she learned when it comes to love. I enjoyed the way how the author wrote the book, and felt like i have sneaked into someone else's room, stole her diary and read it privately. :D For me, it could have been better if the ending is a happy ending. There was actually a closure on the story, but seeing Adam and Liv get married together or spent more time with each other. (yes, a typical love story, but who doesn't want happy endings anyway).
Oh GOD! That ending! *infinite creys*
