review 1: I listened to the audiobook. If I had read the book I would have found it slow but I can forgive this in an audiobook. I liked that the lovers are both physically well-built and sexual versatile (will top or bottom) and are within an acceptable age range 22 and 29. One is a virgin the other is a slut and a boozer. The tall, rangy, but physically fit virgin waited until age 22 to go to a gay bar to find Mr Right and it was love at first sight with a love 'em and leave 'em type gorgeous hunk who is a slut going home with a different guy every night and leaving as soon as the sex was over. The Slut goes home with Mr. Innocent and just before the sex discovers the guy he picked up is a virgin, so he generously refuses to deflower the virgin because, although he is a slut, he i... mores a virtuous one. Later he falls for the virgin but refuses to have sex because he thinks it will end up ending badly and he's not worthy of the scorching hot virgin. The virgin lives on a horse farm and the slut gets a job there. Lots of sexual tension but nothing happens until one day… but you'll have to read that part yourself. Turns out there was a tragedy that turned the guy into a slut/boozer and separated him from his family. Will love and a family reunion give the reader a HEA ending? Well written and characters are likable so as a audiobook I give it four stars. As an ebook I would have found it to dragged out and rated it with three stars. Not the typical M/M romance characters which is great. Highly recommended
review 2: This was a light, easy read featuring a virgin as well as a very experienced MC. Quinn has an estranged family due to a family tragedy whereas Aaron's is supportive and close. The plot is plausible and familiar. I listened to the book which was probably a major factor in my "blahness" about the book. The narrator was better than most in this genre, but still not effective. In most other genres (that I have experienced, anyway), the narrators are more skilled at voice inflection. It seems that m/m books attract those that have no clue how to read a book correctly.I liked the book. It was good for a light distraction. less

Pretty good, although the ending seemed a bit abrupt.
