review 1: Thornhill was an even better book than Hemlock. You could see that Jason, Kyle and most of all Mac really grew up. They all got stronger and I particularly loved that Mac found her inner strength to be with her friends and to fight for their well-being. In my initial comment of Hemlock I said I hated love triangles but Kathleen has managed to not make it a desperate love triangle. Mac knows she wants kyle and sticks to it. I also liked the end that she accepted Kyles fate and that she wouldnt stand in his way to join Hanks Pack. There is no turning back from that. Im excited to read on and see what else is happening to Mac, Jason and Kyle. I even started to like Eve, even though it still isnt quite clear what her connection is with Hank aka Curtis.

... moreat an emotional rollercoster!!!! Man one minute you want to cry, the next you want to laugh, the next you want to oogle one of the men, the next you just want to pull your hair out. It definitely kept you guessing what would happen next. Of course there were some standard instances where you knew what was coming and of course the standard love triangle, but it was definitely balanced out with great writing and a great story line. I loved how more in depth the characters became and how they grew together! Such a great freaking read!!!!!!! less

okay spoilers here. I'm sure they'd have noticed she was human in a concentration camp of wolves
